This policy explains what personal data this website processes, why, and what rights you have. We keep data processing to a minimum: the site uses no analytics, no tracking and no advertising.

2. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., San Francisco, USA. When you visit the site, Netlify’s servers automatically record technical information that your browser sends: your IP address, the date and time of the request, the page requested, the referring page, and your browser and operating system.
This is necessary to deliver the website securely and reliably. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure, working website (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). We have concluded a data processing agreement with Netlify. Netlify may process data in the USA; such transfers are based on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
3. Contact form and email
If you send us a message through the contact form, we process your name, email address and message in order to reply to you. Form submissions are received and stored by Netlify Forms on our behalf and forwarded to us by email. If you write to us by email, we process the details you send in the same way.
The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to a contract or steps before one, and otherwise our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). We delete your details once your enquiry has been fully dealt with, unless statutory retention periods require us to keep them.
4. No cookies or tracking
This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics or tracking tools. To avoid replaying the opening animation every time you return to the homepage, your browser keeps a short note in its session storage that the animation has played. This note stays on your device, contains no personal data, and is deleted when you close the browser tab. It is strictly necessary for the service you requested (§ 25 (2) TDDDG).
5. Fonts
All fonts on this website are stored on our own server. No connection is made to third-party font services such as Google Fonts.
6. Link to LinkedIn
Our website links to our company page on LinkedIn. This is a plain link, not a LinkedIn plugin: no data is sent to LinkedIn unless you click it. Once you are on LinkedIn, LinkedIn’s privacy policy applies.
7. Your rights
You have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you (Art. 15 GDPR)
- have incorrect data corrected (Art. 16 GDPR)
- have your data deleted (Art. 17 GDPR)
- restrict how we process it (Art. 18 GDPR)
- receive your data in a portable format (Art. 20 GDPR)
- object to processing based on our legitimate interests (Art. 21 GDPR)

This website is served over an encrypted connection (TLS), which you can recognize by the padlock and “https” in your browser’s address bar.
